Hi all, I just completed wk 3 and it's been fine the jump from 3 to 5 is going to be a shock I think. I have graduated before 2 yrs ago but am finding it harder 2nd time round.

Good luck. If you've done it before you know it works. If you're finding it hard, maybe slow down a bit?

I’ve just completed week 4, having graduated twice already. Although I look at Week 5 with apprehension, I clearly remember the problems being mental last time (and the time before!) rather than physical.

So I just keep reminding myself that it was never as bad as I feared, and it won’t be this time. Always hard to try to let logic overrule your fears, but make a habit of reminding yourself. It’s the only way.

I have just done Week 5, Day 1. I am pretending Day 3 does not exist. "La, la, la, la!" 😂

Relax... ease back... and just take this as it comes... You know the form... you know you can do it...so all you have to do ? Believe it :)

Goodluck, you can do it! I’m 2nd time round and finding it tougher too.

Just starting week 5 and a bit concerned about the 20 mins at the end!

I found the first run in week 4 challenging but it got better as the week went on. You’ll be fine. 😀
