I did this at 9.30am with my little one. Surprised myself and managed it well. Bit hot and sweaty. Really enjoyed it, set up for the day now!!!

Well done. When you say with your little one do you mean a small running child or you pushing a buggy.

Yes he does, but does one or 2 not all 3 runs a week.!!
