Arrgh! Week 9 Run two... 4.8k ! So flippin close to the goal of 5k. I'm going to do it on the next one, this Wednesday πππ€π€At least I know I am right up against my limit for right now, giving it every thing. I'm happy with that π

Not pushing too hard, just up to where I'm comfortable. Last run was 4.7k. I only do what I can manage, hense I stopped before I got to five. Tantalisingly close though!! π€£
That's fantastic Hail! Keep going. I was running for 30 minutes completing couch to 5k, several weeks ago and I did an actual 5km charity run yesterday. It was quite a challenge trying to pass people who were walking (nothing wrong with that at all!) but it was tricky trying to get through narrower areas so I kept jogging behind them until I could pass them. Keep it up you will get there!! So glad I completed it. The volunteers were amazing cheering us on π
I don't mean running as hard as I can, just to the limit of what I feel I can manage. I may have chosen the wrong words I think! π€£π€¦I run at the same speed as a canal barge π€£π€£ I use a run tracker and my average is 4.7/5miles an HR. So maybe I was being a bit dramatic with the language in my post I was just hoping that I might get to 5k before the last run. I am 6'1 I was thinking long legs would give me an advantage π€£πͺ
