Not sure if this is where I post it but I completed or Graduated yesterday evening on the treadmill Wk 9 Run 3 - felt exhausted for some reason but good to have done it again and will try outside on Monday's bank holiday and see how that goes and am now determined to continue doing 3 30 min sessions a week for the time being with a view to go onto 10k Bridge as I've booked myself into the London Winter Run for Feb 24

Absolutely fantastic news! I wish we had the ability to give you another graduate badge…it’ll have to be another little virtual medal from me! 🏅🏅 Hope you’re celebrating!
You might find transitioning to outdoor running challenging to start with-there are lots of factors to deal with that don’t crop up outdoors…weather for a start! Pacing is where most people find it hardest to start with. It’s good to remember that it’s normal to find it trickier and you’ll get there. It might be worth planning a shorter run to start with-perhaps fifteen or twenty minutes. See how that goes. It’s great to mix up your runs after finishing anyway!
