I graduated yesterday....again.Completed C25k a little more than a year ago but after having breast surgery and treatment I could no longer run as just didn’t have the energy or to be honest the motivation. But made the decision, after walking most days for a month or two to give it another go....Best decision I made..Loved it as much or even more than the first time.Good luck to everyone whatever stage your at....and....keep going!

Fantastic, and many congratulations twice! I didn’t start C25K until after treatment, and I’m also doing it a second time due to injury. Happy running!

Oh my goodness, HUGE congratulations!! As much for starting again at all, as for graduating again. I'm over ten years on from my treatment, and I can remember just how wiped out I felt after the treatment. If anyone had suggested c25k to me then, I'd have laughed probably. Wishing you many years of happy healthy running.
