Lovely run today, week 4 run 1. Have been feeling frustrated at having lost fitness and being back to square one but today felt an achievement. I’ve switched to Steve Cram on the app and I’m loving his encouragement. Definitely recommend him.

enjoying seeing everything greening up day by day though still a chill wind but that’s Scotland for you .
