Week 7 Done - This is the way.

I was going to do this yesterday but decided I'd have another rest day, I'm loving taking my time to get through the program instead of the regimented way I did it previously; if I want to run, I run, if I don't then I have another rest day.

I haven't been a couch potato during this time, I tried the 12-3-30 a couple of days ago, Friday I think it was, can't see what the hype is about if I'm honest, 30 minutes (35 to keep it a balanced test) and I burnt 245 calories as opposed to W7R2 where I burnt 344 (figures from Garmin) but it could be a good 'rest day' exercise.

Week 7 is now officially over for me, joffle 3 was enjoyable, I was emphasising keeping my HR controlled, my average HR for all of week 7's joffles is 143bpm.

Weight wise, I'm now down to 306.4lbs, I was 359.1lbs on January 16th.

Mrs LeeU and I went to Decathlon yesterday, no running porn, I wanted some weightlifting gloves as I think my son 'borrowed' mine.

We called off at Sainsburys, not a place I normally go as it's more out of the way for me than some of the others, while there I bought a belt and I tried on a jacket, I was able to get it on and it even zipped up, I was over the moon if I'm honest, it was an XXL NOT a 3 or 4 X!

To be totally honest, I couldn't sit down with it zipped up, yet, but I didn't buy it anyway.

Week 8 will start in a couple of days.

One of my other 'hobbies' is starting to bear fruit. I'm not happy with it, it needs to be smoother but this is one of my office display pieces I'm making, just need to make a visor for it now but I'll probably end up redoing it again at a later date.
