Forgot to write an update about completing week 1, but week 2 has started! First run complete, actually wasn't that bad bar the final run where I slowed the pace but I done it! Extra proud of myself as well as I had to battle with my brain telling me to have a sleep in today but went anyway :).

Huge well done you... and for battling that running gremlin... Maybe pop into Catch up Corner, too, and share your runs:) On you go!

Well done !Try and do all the runs at the pace you slowed down to on your final run !
