First of all, itβs totally understandable to feel nervous and to question whether youβre ready for this. You can reassure yourself that you are! Not only have you done all the runs that the programme required you to complete before standing on this particular starting line, youβve even done this run before. You are ready! I find it helpful to start runs Iβm worried about completing with the attitude that Iβll just give it a go and see what happens. The worst thing is that I donβt finish, but thatβs ok because Iβll still have run and Iβll get it next time.
Doubts about our ability are really normal and the main thing is not to let them stop us giving things weβre worried about our best shot.
Take it steady. Youβll have such a grin at the end!
Really good luck to you πββοΈπͺβ€οΈ

Nothing to be terrified from t7sha, you have already ran run 3 of week 5 which was 20 minutes, run 3 of week 6 is only 5 minutes longer, take it as you ran the third run of week 5, slow and steady, after you run it your coach will tell you that you are officially a runner.

You could look at this another way - if you don't remember doing it last time you must haven't gotten through it without being traumatised
Good luck!

Thank you everyone who commented...I did it! The last 5 mins were pretty hard but at that point I couldn't stop and just endured...I love running!
