After a very hard week working so far….and just ‘things’ going on, I just had to get out for a run…and I am so glad I did…I was sure my head was going to explode if I didn’t!!! Running was my sanity this evening and this photo that I took just about sums up how I felt!!!! When I’d finished my run the sun was just going down & I started taking some photos…from the bridge over the canal…two ducks were flying towards the bridge, one went under the bridge and his mate flew over, right towards me and I had to duck down (pardon the pun!!!) but I got a photo just as he flew over…I love running, I absolutely love it & can't imagine my life without it 😍😍😍😍

awww, thank you Bluebirdrunner ….I had a lovely, lovely run tonight…no pressure cadence drill run, getting my feet low and light…I was awe struck when the duck flew passed my head…it looked me right in the eye!!!

I am so busy these days, what with my family and now working, I honestly don’t know how women work when their children are younger and fit everything in!!! I take my hat off to working mums around the world!! xx

hahaha..I took some lovely photos from the bridge but was shocked when the ducks parted company this one’s friend went under the bridge, he decided to go over, probably before he saw me!!! x 😂

thank you…I love it down by the canal..there’s a few different species of ducks and the swans are just so beautiful and gracious…and if I need some protein I can always run with my mouth open and take in a few midges 😂😂
