25 minutes uninterrupted running.

Felt pretty good all the way through, set a comfortable pace and stuck with it throughout. Before I knew it the halfway bell was ringing and I was on the homeward stretch.

Three songs later and it was 60 seconds to go, truth be told I could have carried on when Denise told me to stop πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Longest distance covered so far, very steady jogging pace of 7.15 minutes per km, which I’m more than happy with at this stage. Most importantly I got through it, and it felt great
