Hello everyone!I've been gone for quite a while...well, not gone exactly, just not running...π
I've had health issues for months now, including pneumonia...recovery has been very long.....however, I'm finally feeling ready to take up the reins againπ₯³ but, having been ill for so long, I'm not sure where to start?
I've redownloaded the c25k app onto my phone, but I'm not sure which week to jump in at. I don't think I'm back to week 1 level of unfitness......well I hope I'm not....
What think you seasoned runner peeps?
Any advice is appreciated π
