My very old car decided to pack up yesterday, so I decided to do my last run of this week to my Slimming World group. Its 3 miles away. Previous runs have been on grass or park pathway, this was on tarmac, felt easier and 90 seconds went quicker than expected. Still remembering when I find I am getting out of breath, to reduce speed and enjoy it 🙂
