Can't quite believe I've done it! Did my 3rd 30 minute run this morning and it felt good. My knees have been slightly twinging this week but they feel fine now and I definitely feel like my recovery time is way, way shorter. Next step is to reach 5k cos I'm only reaching 3.4ish in 30 mins.

EDIT: I forgot to comment about your knees. It’s common to have little niggles around knees. Extra rest is a good plan. Going forward it’s worth building in some strength and flex work. If they trouble you further, I’d definitely recommend seeing someone sooner rather than later to address any issues early. Hopefully this is just one of those things that won’t bother you again. I’ve had a great time with a physio sorting out my knee pain!

Fabulous, many congratulations 🎊 My own graduation run is fading into the distance whilst recovering from injury. I did manage a 3k walk this morning though in the sunshine 🌞 That's how much I'm missing my early morning running fix! Hope you have a good celebration planned.😎
