Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased well done ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Also you can still have Jo in your ear for a few weeks if you like by just pressing repeat on wk9 r3 ๐Ÿ˜Š

in reply to Buddy34

Thankyou! And thatโ€™s such a good idea I didnโ€™t think of that x

Congratulations...I'm 5 runs away I feel like I'm a long way off the end

Can I ask do you manage 5k now?

in reply to Oncefit

You will feel fantastic once youโ€™ve completed it, I do find it a struggle one day but then easy the next the last one was hard as I think mentally I knew it was the last one before the finish. The only thing I have found I havenโ€™t lost much weight doing it but body fat started at 42.2 and itโ€™s now down to 36.0๐Ÿ˜

That's good to hear... hoping to loose a bit of weight but if I'm less wobbly that's ok too! Will keep on going and accept the ups and downs! Thanks

Congrats, I have just finished week 5. 20 mins of running was hard. I am looking forward to week 9 though.

in reply to DaveN76

Thankyou so much I canโ€™t believe I used to struggle running for a minute so think about how far youโ€™ve come and the twenty minutes is a lot different to running the first week. Your doing so well x

Congratulations to you Natty42 on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating ๐ŸŽ“ ๐Ÿƒ ๐Ÿ˜Š

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE ๐ŸŽ“ next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated ๐ŸŽ“ ๐Ÿƒ

What next, run several 30 minute consolidation runs then do the three Stepping stones podcasts, C25K+, pace, speed and stamina, after that you can try some of the Bridge 210K podcasts.

Woo hoo! MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS ๐Ÿฅณ Enjoy running for a bit first - join Strava, enjoy 20 minute runs, maybe a park run - you have the freedom now to just โ€˜go for a runโ€™ - love it! Xxxx

Well done Natty, hope you feel grand.

As others have said, just consolidate for a few weeks while you work out how you want to move on.

I found it a good opportunity to try out all the other trainers for a run to see how I liked them. Realised I probably should have gone all the way with Jo!

in reply to BarbieW

Yes thatโ€™s a good idea maybe do it all again with someone different, find jo is such a confidence boost when your running and because she has been there itโ€™s like she knows what your already thinking when she says things x

Well done on a massive achievement. Just think what the old you would have thought if you could have told them youโ€™d be running for 30 minutes now ๐Ÿ˜‚

Good luck with your next challenge, whatever that may be!

in reply to NewRunner4

I laughed in my friends face when he first mentioned it but I do like a challenge. Thankyou x
