Can I ask do you manage 5k now?
You will feel fantastic once youโve completed it, I do find it a struggle one day but then easy the next the last one was hard as I think mentally I knew it was the last one before the finish. The only thing I have found I havenโt lost much weight doing it but body fat started at 42.2 and itโs now down to 36.0๐
Congrats, I have just finished week 5. 20 mins of running was hard. I am looking forward to week 9 though.

What next, run several 30 minute consolidation runs then do the three Stepping stones podcasts, C25K+, pace, speed and stamina, after that you can try some of the Bridge 210K podcasts.

As others have said, just consolidate for a few weeks while you work out how you want to move on.
I found it a good opportunity to try out all the other trainers for a run to see how I liked them. Realised I probably should have gone all the way with Jo!
Yes thatโs a good idea maybe do it all again with someone different, find jo is such a confidence boost when your running and because she has been there itโs like she knows what your already thinking when she says things x
