Fantastic! Glad you found us and glad you’ve already discovered that recovery days are essential, as well as being very welcome in my experience!!

There’s a guide to the programme here with lots of other helpful hints and tips.  Well worth a read.  Most important is keeping it slow and steady at a pace where you can talk in full sentences without gasping.  Most of us go too fast!

well done. i am also on Week 2 and did my second ‘run’ this morning. Jogging REALLY slowly seems to be the key to success.

Yes, I'm not going to fast either, I've never been a runner, I would rather miss a bus then run for it. 😅.

well done! It is important to rest between runs but you can do yoga or fitness classes!
