Ahead of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, the teams behind Couch to 5K and Active 10 are working with NHS Every Mind Matters to highlight the positive impact that regular physical activity can have on reducing the symptoms of anxiety.

The campaign aims to encourage people to make the first move for their mental health, and they would like to hear your stories about how physical activity has positively supported your mental health and well-being. If you have a story to share, please complete this survey: forms.office.com/e/gEEHiS0A9z
