Restart for me. Hey all I've been out of ut since last year got up to week 6 and stopped. Peri-menaupause was kicking my bum. Still is but beginning to feel like myself again. Plan to restart my running from Monday. Week 1.

I was up to 8 weeks back in 2021 but for some reason stopped. Back at it this morning back to w1r1 and I done it! Feeling really good about myself and looking forward to the next run already. Good luck. X

Really good luck to you! Restarting is really common and you’ll find loads of posters in the same position as you. That experience you’ve got from before will really help you. You know you can do it for one thing which could give you a big boost to your confidence!
You might like a little browse through the programme guide because it had a few tweaks. Essentially though, keep it at a conversational pace and enjoy yourself! Really good luck to you 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
