wowzers did wk5 run3 today. Thanks Reece Parkinson for keeping me going. Was tough, got second wind @19 minutes.

had a peek week 7 & then wished I hadn’t! BUT….. I CAN DO IT, I’ve done it already, mind over matter. Well done to all the other CT5K participants.

I wonder who’s the most popular coach? I did try Denise Lewis but she was too boring & wooden. I like Reece’s commentary he’s defo encouraging 😊

hi VS1975 I started the c25k using just the nhs app with Sarah millican but after a few weeks I went onto the nhs podcast with Laura as that had music as well, but when I got to week 7 and the continuous runs I used my Garmin running watch and the BBC sounds as they have pacesetter music which was much better

Well done you're doing brilliantly. You've put in so much hard work that week 7 should be fine, it shouldn't be anything to worry about. I've done 2 runs in week 7 and really surprised myself that not only could I do it, but that I had a little extra in the tank for the final 1 minute's suggested speed up. Go for it 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Congratulations! I used to have a mini celebration at the end of every week. It’s never too early!!

You’re absolutely ready for week 7. It is the time that some people (well, me anyway!!) notice themselves getting a little fatigued. If that happens, it’s useful to remember that it’s common and you’re not doing anything wrong. It sounds like you know you’ve got that second wind inside ready to call upon-that’s a great position to be in. So much of running is mental toughness and you’ve proved to yourself that you’ve got that. Have a (some) well deserved recovery day(s) and you can start your next run telling yourself that you can do it! 🏃‍♀️💪🏃‍♀️
