Week 6 run 2 done in the gym on the treadmill, due to poor weather conditions, Calves still hurt but i did it

Well done. I've done W6R1 tonight but outside as I don't have a treadmill. How was it, apart from the calves? Quite a few on here have said they found W6 tough.

Yes it was hard,but I think mostly it was hard because I was on treadmill and the gym was hot
