we’ll I went out at 10am this morning to do my last run of week 9, the weather was awful, rain and very windy, I started off hoping I could make it as the first half of my run was against the wind and it was tough, but second half I had the wind behind me and helped give me a push in fact my pace was faster! I did it and when I got home I shed a little tear as I am so elated I finally finished and graduated and I am very proud of myself, I am so happy right now and thank you to the all the great advice I have received from this forum, I will stay in c25k forum until I make it to 5k then move over to bridge to 10k after that……..so you are not getting rid of me I’m afraid I’m here for the long term 😃❤️🏆

You’ve not only competed C25k but also proven you are not a fair weather runner.
