Graduation Day

In the last couple of weeks I thought I would never get here! Not as I planned, running along the seafront, wind in my hair, but on a shiny funky treadmill in a shiny funky devoid of nature gym. It wasn't exactly a punch in the air moment, more of a "thank god I did it finally" moment. As much as I love Laura and I don't mind her music, I have listened to the Week 9 podcast more times than I care to remember in my battle to finish this programme. Yesterday I made my own playlist, called "Running 1". The first of many I hope .. What next? More 30 minute runs that don't make me feel as if I have given every single bit of energy I could possibly give (was barely able to walk out of the shiny funky place). Maybe 40 minute runs, or faster 30 minute ones. The possibilities are endless I guess. *Sigh* I am a happy kitten today! Thank you to everyone here who has helped me along the way. What a fabulous forum with such nice people.
