That was hard! It was windy, and that wind is icy cold π₯Ά
At times I honestly didnβt think I could make it but I just slowed down, tried to catch my breath, and battled on through. I think it was the cold wind that was making it harder to breathe but I finished it and I feel so proud now! This has been a huge journey for me emotionally as much as physically. The only run I had to repeat was the very first one, because apparently just about 2 months ago I couldnβt even run for 60 seconds.
So chuffed to have done this, and made so many friends on here, giving me huge amounts of support to get through it.
Now Iβm going to celebrate by doing this run a few more times before I go on holiday π πββοΈπ
