That was hard! It was windy, and that wind is icy cold πŸ₯Ά

At times I honestly didn’t think I could make it but I just slowed down, tried to catch my breath, and battled on through. I think it was the cold wind that was making it harder to breathe but I finished it and I feel so proud now! This has been a huge journey for me emotionally as much as physically. The only run I had to repeat was the very first one, because apparently just about 2 months ago I couldn’t even run for 60 seconds.

So chuffed to have done this, and made so many friends on here, giving me huge amounts of support to get through it.

Now I’m going to celebrate by doing this run a few more times before I go on holiday πŸ…πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŽ‰

Congratulations E27M14 (your username is like some sort of password) on completing and graduating from C25K with week 9 run 3. despite the fact that you have ran in a very cold North North West wind, well done πŸ˜€ πŸƒ.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ next to your username leave a message on the January graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K πŸŽ“ πŸƒ 😊
