Wow, canβt believe I did it. 9 weeks, 27 runs and my graduation run today whilst battling against a gale force wind. Still couldnβt get to the magical 5k but managed to maintain a steady 4.4kms and happy with that. At the start of this programme it was tough running for the 60 second bursts and now I can do 30 mins non-stop. Goes to show how incredible this programme really is. And I couldnβt have done half as well without you guys on the forum. Your support, motivation and inspiration has really spurred me on so a great big shout out to you, my fellow C25K ers. Youβre awesome π
Iβm already feeling a bit lost and wondering what next. Hope to see you on the other side π€π»ππββοΈπββοΈ

Yes! Well done you! I hope you have a bit of prosecco left to celebrate this fantastic achievement!!! Virtual cheers to you and if you don't know what to do next, well keep on running of course, glide and fly light and slow, unlimited (my 2018 word thanks to Yogi tea bags lol). I'm keeping on 3 runs of about 30 mns within the week, already a challenge with work and the weather. And making sure my body can take it with no pain. I'm trying to get on uneven ground first for a challenge and then try the C25K+ podcast (except that the music is awful!!).
Anyway, keep posting to let us know how you're doing! And enjoy!!
