Just got back from week 9, run 3!! Felt like it was never going to happen but HERE WE ARE!
Running outdoors for the last week has been a real challenge but strangely enjoyable... itβs a different world outside, even little things like all the air con I could ask for in the wind and you just donβt get people smiling as you run past on a treadmill... I even looked around today to take in the sights!
Iβm still at tomato faced and panting along as ever but for the girl who struggled to run a minute straight back at week one I know that with consolidation runs this can only improve πͺπΌ
I honestly wouldnβt have done it without the app and this forum - from reading everyones stories and keeping me accountable! So thank you, you lovely lot! Stay safe and happy running!! ππ»ββοΈ πββοΈ

Well done!! That's 3 of us reporting a finish in the past few minutes I also can't believe how far I've progressed in 9 weeks following the programme and being motivated and advised by this great forum
