It took 3 years to get past week 4 🤣 so many menopause related set backs - joint pain/tendinitis/plantar fasciiltis but now since Feb this year I am flying through and now on week 7. I think I'm feeling the pressure of getting to the end before my next "injury" occurs. Or perhaps I am generally improving my condition by pushing through 🤔

Well done you, on getting this far... ! Do take is steadily, and rather than risking any more injury, maybe just take it gently in these lovely longer runs?
Let the running legs do what they have learned to do, and with some strength and stamina work on some of your rest days, help keep that body which you feel is in good condition, now, in tip top shape for your run to the Graduation podium
