Just search out rignolds posts, join in using the links but find the first one - unless you are already a skwaatmeister. (Use the search box top right or click on rignold's name and go back to the first day's post on squatting a few weeks ago).
Rignold's is *the* squat challenge, taking you through the right form etc! He's been so prolific, you may find it easier to go straight to his blog, where all the posts and info are. He's very entertaining
I work in a preschool with my youngest coming with me. Monday to Friday. And I work evenings at A supermarket mon and Tuesday.
Weekends are fine to run. But I rather run more often than weekends. And plus I like family time on weekends as I recently stopped working on Saturdays.
Blimey.. I should think you have enough working out with that timetable...
I know the two days I care for small runner in training, granddaughter... I feel as if I have really worked out!! Phew!
Rig's squats are legendary! You could do those at home.. and there are some great work outs you can do at home too...aerobics.. you tube exercises.. yoga...I use a strength training one..
