Well done Tonytherun on completing run 1 of week 8, not long now until you graduate, yes many people get what you call 'euphoria' after they run, especially run 3 of week 5 and probably run 3 of week 9 after they graduate and some other runs such as the first time they run a 5K, 10K etc, I wish you luck on your remaining 5 runs of C25K.

Well done, I do remember feeling everything click into place around weeks 4-5 of C25K and feeling amazed that I could run after all! Wish I’d discovered it earlier but still loving it, most of the time. Enjoy the rest of the program & beyond 😊

Yes…sometimes! If you don’t, that doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong. Some runs are just brilliant and some feel tougher. It’s worth being mentally prepared that you might have a few duffers because all runners do! Hold on to that euphoria when it comes-it’s a wonderful feeling, ❤️

HELL YES!! That's the drug that draws us back for more. Consistency is the key , keep showing up , every run no matter how short or slow is time banked.
