W9 R1 TOUGH !!!

Hi all , really had to do this run today as want to graduate all being well Friday 🙏 But, should of waited ,probably, as was strong winds and very muddy , did not expect the slippery slopes and bog like conditions underfoot , so fair to say wasn't my most enjoyable day of c25k . I also tried to jump a ditch and slipped and got a free mud bath , good for the skin I believe 😆 Anyway its done ,still on course for Friday, and that now, sat indoors , made it worth the struggle, and today was a struggle, and Laura must of known , as she kept going on about it being painful and hurting, keep going she said lol 😀👍👍 good luck to everyone on your journey its fun honest !
