It’s over a week since my last run, however Fitbit is very pleased with me because I’ve lots of walking, so I don’t feel so bad. Was very tempted to be lazy and just do 2km, but don’t want to go backwards in my goals, so managed 3km.

Well done BTP👏👏👏I’m struggling to get past 3to 4km. I need to work on that if I’m to do this 10k in May. However I’m determined to do it.

Fantastic! Great run for you today. Don’t worry about having some shorter runs though-sometimes that’s just what we need. I bet that 3km felt really good when it came up! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

Always feel I’m cheering if I don’t do at least 5k but after a virus has stopped me running for weeks it was good and more appropriate to do 3k. Who is checking anyway 😎
