Well, after beginning my C25K journey with Jo by my side in November, I finally completed my final run today. Lack of self belief was a big problem for me in the beginning but with support from this wonderful group, reading the experiences of others, and realising I wasnโt alone, I managed to overcome that and trust the program. It worked and here I am looking forward to seeing where my runs will take me next.
Thank you to the administrators and everyone who replied to my posts. They were a huge help and kept me going. Happy running everyone!

Actually CR2, my friend has downloaded the app today and is going to do her first run tomorrow. Iโm over the moon for her, and will love seeing her succeed. I will get her to join this group of wonderfully supportive people x
