Wk6 run1 completed with creaky knees

Just completed wk6rn1 and strava tells me I had a fairly good pace (for me!) took a week and a half off because I was really starting to struggle with my knees (I religiously stretch and warm up and down). Bought some knee supports and off I went again (repeated a run first which I prob didn’t need to do).

Have also started some gentle weight training to try and strengthen my knees (and overall muscle).

Six weeks ago running felt impossible and frightening. I Couldn’t have gotten this far without this forum, the advice and support has been amazing, just want to say thank you to everyone that’s commented and supported me, a total stranger, on my journey. You’re all ace and I’m very grateful to you all x
