Welcome and well done for beginning the C25K programme.

healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Please, do read the essential information before beginning the running. There is so much information there to keep you running safely and enjoyably and to get you to running for 30 minutes:)

Do keep posting your runs here, you will find so many folk here just beginning or on their way to that Graduation Badge :)

Hi there from me too! We’re all about keeping it slow and steady here, which is the best way to develop as a runner. Not celebrations though-those can be wild and enthusiastic! You’ll have loads of small successes along the way and there’s no need to wait until the end of the programme to congratulate yourself on the progress you’re making.

Where are you up to now? Have you already started or will you be heading out for your first run soon? We love to talk about all things running so come back with questions, updates, thoughts on the programme guide linked to by Oldfloss (really worth reading) and we’ll cheer you on.
