It’s been blowing a gale here all day... I ran along the seafront and it felt like I was in a wind tunnel... damn near knocked me off my trotters..!! It was a half run/half walk effort. Hey ho.

Was great, just me and the girl taking a very steady trot which is amazing when I think back just a few short months and running for a minute was a challenge

Yes, almost unbelievable isn’t it? I loved my Christmas Day run. Something that would never have happened before. We are runners 🏃🏻‍♀️

I have a pointy dog too (Saluki/whippet or greyhound lurcher) but i haven't tried running with her yet.
