I’m so pleased to have completed the programme! I had some setbacks over the last month but I’ve made it! Please can anyone let me know about the legendary badge and how I obtain it?

thank you 🏃🏼‍♀️

Oh Huge Well Done to you, that’s a fab beginning to the year. It’s such a great feeling to have accomplished a challenge like this.

Look forward to hearing what you do next.

I’ve just come back from my first post graduation run without Jo W!! I missed her cheery encouragement but I didn’t clock watch as much as usual.

wow! It’s a big step leaving Jo behind - I felt a little guilty when I moved onto the robotic tones of my Fitbit guy 🤣

aw thank you everyone 🥹 it’s lovely to have such support. I was doing fab and then I had a flare up of both endo and fibro and have been floored for the last few weeks.

I’m determined to get myself back to it, but it will need to be gradual to rebuild the muscle, strength, energy and stamina.

But I’ve done it before so I can do it again 🚶🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️

Endo is horrible from a fellow sufferer. You absolutely will get there. I’ve found running something really positive I can do with my body when it feels a bit defective in other ways! Wishing you well on your journey. You have a whole host of virtual run buddies to share it with you.
