GRADUATED FROM C25K!

I know you're supposed to have a days rest but I was so keen and so mentally and physically prepared to give it another go and I'm glad I did. Today I ran my first 5k and finished couch to 5k! Delighted with how much progress I've made. Now I'm having a deserved rest for the next few weeks whilst I recover from my operation on Wednesday. I can already tell I'll be missing running!

First 5k in 39 minutes.

Congratulations BethanDavies on finishing C25K and running your first 5K. You have now graduated, don't understand the graph showing calories as "0 cal" the only time people have 0 cal is when they are sitting on a couch, not running a 5K.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the January graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊

I'm not quite sure about the 0kal either! I was confused too. I can assure you, I definitely ran it though! Haha. Thanks so much!

Perhaps if you Uninstall the app and then reinstall it, then say run a 1K just to test it the calories number should show.

Congratulations! Breaking 2 rules at once with no rest day and running long? Ok, we get it... had to be finished right?? Do yourself a favour, take an extra rest and go really easy next time out. Enjoy celebrating and consolidating your achievement. Happy running!

Oh... and 39 is very good!
