This was a great guided run 😁 from NRC. Coach B followed the ‘worst advice’ with some hard talking condemnation, which was amusing, and some good advice and positive comments. I enjoyed it and would recommend it to seasoned runners, new runners and those who haven’t started yet. It’s only 30 mins so great for a gentle jog or a dog walk.

This is one of my favourites. I’ve done it a couple of times and often wish I was better at remembering all the things Coach B debunks, or I could run safely with a notebook! I absolutely second your recommendation of this run!
