Like many of us have struggled with runs outside due to weather so was glad to get out today and see the sunšI've been on the treadmill but am not a fan š my balance is rubbish and I end up in some very strange positions, I don't get the same issues outside and it's great to be out in the fresh air !āļø

I absolutely agreeā¦running on a dread mill is soooo different to being outdoorsā¦I love to fling the door open & get outside, glad you were able to take advantage of the better weather
