Thanks Buddy! It’s amazing to say the least!! I am so loving the fact that at this level you just run. Starting to get interested in time & distance now so have downloaded Strava for W8 🤣... who would have thought!!!!!

It's the song I had when I started running outside (as opposed to treadmill). It also starts "Let's go outside". Obviously he was singing metaphorically but I'll take all the motivation I can get : )
