I want to share my success having completed Week 9, run 3.
The C25K programme has been tremendous for me and I do feel proud of my achievement.
Thank you for all your kind words, comments and advice along the way - all these have helped me to keep on going and to get through the programme. I’m a runner and feel like a runner, and intend to continue with some consolidation runs.
Having completed C25K on a treadmill, I plan to run outdoors over the festive season and I’ll post how I get on.
Thanks for reading this post.

Absolutely brilliant news-you’ve got some serious celebrating to do! Really well done 🏃♀️💪🎉👩🎓🥳
Really good luck with transitioning to running outside. You might find it hard to start with-take it steady and you’ll get there (just like c25k!). We’ll all be cheering you on.
What a fantastic achievement Be-luga-whale that’s brilliant! I hope you enjoy getting outside for some runs, but in the meantime hurrah! Hope you do something nice to celebrate 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆.
You SHOULD feel proud - it's a heck of an achievement, well done! That 'Graduate' badge says 'proper runner' and I wish you well with your upcoming outdoor adventures. Running outside is different (I think it is loads better) and I look forward to learning of your progress👍.
Ooh, Christmas and graduation at the same time = double celebration. Hope you have something amazing planned. Congratulations on your achievement and we’ll be here cheering you on for your graduation runs and beyond.
I transitioned from treadmil to outside around week 7 what you may find hard at first is pacing yourself so go slower than you think you can first few goes.
It's the best thing I did the rhythmic motion was giving me knee pain which I've never had outside
