after my previous update, I’ve gone back a step and ran a 10min 3min rest 10min run, due to the fact I had a 5 day rest after a full calf tattoo, and it was a bit swollen and sore.

4 days later did a 25 min run with no aches or pains for the first time and have now just done a 28min, again no aches or pains.

I’m setting off at a nice pace which seems to suit and I now feel I’m getting somewhere. Nice dusk run

Fantasic! Was that “nice pace” the one where you can hold a conversational one? It really does make a difference when you find it!

Was that week 8 run 1? You’re getting close to the end now! It’s a great opportunity to really focus on keeping your runs at that conversational pace which will be so important for your last runs of c25k and beyond.

Good luck!
