I have amazed myself. Today I did w8r1 and enjoyed it!

I have a stinking cold so didnt go as normal on Wednesday but thought today I’d try it.

It was amazing. Couple of coughing sessions but could have gone on longer.

At long last I have sorted out my breathing, even going uphill.

Thank you all so much for encouraging words and motivation.

I now know that I will finish this and go on.

well done !!!!!!

I did the same run today. Had my eye on the weather and the moment I saw a break went for it.

We can do this the end is in sight

I honestly thought I was going to die on w1r1. Never thought I would even get this far. I even run on the road now which I would never do in case someone saw me! 4 more runs to do.

We can definitely do this.

did a really stupid thing and went a different route. Didn’t take into account the two very big hills 😂. Was an experience I will not be looking for again for a while. W8r3 tomorrow morning but with only small hills. When is your last run of w8?

have just completed w8r3. Was harder than I thought but not every run can be good I suppose.

When I got home I looked at my speed on map my run and there was the problem.

My run was a lot faster than usual. W9r1 on Wednesday, but slower.

Good luck with yours x

Just got back from my w8r3 seems I upped my pace without knowing it as was into the section I'd been walking in run 1 before the 28mins was up. Good luck with week 9 tomorrow mine will be Thursday

slowed it down for w9r1. Enjoyed it much more. Speeded up towards the end when I knew I would make it. Felt a sense of achievement as Mondays put me off a bit.

Good luck tomorrow. We can do this x

You must have the running bug too! That desire to stick at it come what may. I found a tenacity I didn't know I possessed with the C25K programme. Running has become a new found freedom.
