So today I chose NRC Breaking Through Barriers. Very windy out there. I found that my mind wandered a little in places so missed some of the inspiring thoughts from these guys. I definitely find that I like having someone giving me advice and tips on running although this wasn't so much on the running. I put my timer on for half way so I could turn and return. I still found myself running round little roads to try and fill the time. However, it's done and, I'm told, IT'S A WIN! 😁

That’s a great one. I really enjoyed it when I did it a few months ago. I particularly liked the idea that the reason we come up against barriers is because we’re moving forwards.

Running towards your goals might be another run you’d like.
