Last run of Week 6 completed the 25 minute run however I need to go earlier though almost dark when I got back. Headtorch was pretty efficient at the end. It was rather chilly today and first time in ages long joggers were worn and not shorts. Now the next nine runs are all long single runs so we will see the distance covered and the times for the next as they are just runs and will try and exclude the warm up and cool down walks.
So how is everyone doing? All still running hopefully?

It is now getting darker in the late afternoon Papillon17, you are once again officially a runner, you ask how is everyone doing, this week I ran my longest run ever, 20.59 kilometers in 2 hours 45 minutes, just a little short of HM distance, I never intended to run a HM, it was ten miles, however, at ten miles I felt I could go on longer, say up to 20K in around 2 hours, 45 minutes, which I did, perhaps some day I will run a HM.
I have done two halves one was in training a few months in advance of my official one and like you I had run so far and thought blow it or stronger words than that and go for the whole 13 miles so I did. Well done you are so close just go for it my official one was for the Hospice and I raised £1500 for that run.
Thanks for asking Pap, good thanks. Did my final C25k this week in a stiff wind(well one way) and as I was only a 100m's or so from 5k pushed on and completed it in 30.45, so very pleased. First parkrun tomorrow if the weather holds off, then will just consolidate until I start Bridge to 10k ;-). You take care
