What can I say on this lovely day, I did my Week 6 Run 3. The app told me I was now officially a runner. I can’t believe the progress made over the six weeks. Although now looking forward to weeks 7, 8 and 9 with in trepidation. Will I be able to consistently run 25 mins and up now for every run now. Today the total distance covered was 3.2 miles so pleased with that think I was melting when I got back with three pints of water and two bananas. Good luck everyone what ever Week your on but especially those starting Week 7.

That does include warm up and down but does give an idea how far you have to run. When doing it I believe I am going slow but at a consistent pace. We will see next week.

I am due to do Week 6 Run 3 tomorrow. I found yesterday's run difficult Week 6 Run 2 which was 2 x 10 minutes yet when I did the 20 minute run in Week 5 i was fine. Not sure why but I have faith in the app.

Take it nice and slow run with someone or have music to distract yourself and believe. I found Week 6 Run 1 hard, run 2 not so bad and run 3 after ten minutes wanted to give up. Just run through it slowed down listened to the music and kept going. You will do it.

Well done! You’re doing amazingly. I completed week 7 run one yesterday. Really enjoyed it but I only covered 3.3km in 25 minutes running! (Quite hilly though!) I think I’m quite a way off the 5k but I am running and it feels great!

Well done I am intending to do that run tomorrow and as it will be dark I expect to cover no where near what I managed in day light. I calculated I actually ran 2.5 miles or just over 4 km so really pleased with that out of the 3.2 miles covered.

Hope it goes well tomorrow. Looking forward to the light nights instead of dark running!!

Well done you. It’s a great feeling isn’t it ? I had to repeat week 6 after a nasty cold but, much to my surprise managed week 7 run 1 this morning. However, only managed 2.2 miles so yours is a great achievement. You really are a runner.

Thanks not sure how. Although I train with my dog for agility never thought I would run 2.5 miles non stop. Good luck with the rest of your runs only 8 to go for you.
