hi all

ive had a week off cos of illness cold and headache. Was about to start week 8 should i redo week 7 or go back to 6?

If you’re fully recovered, you could just carry on with your next planned run. Take it extra slow and steady and be prepared to cut short if you need to. Having a week off won’t cause you to lose fitness.

It’s absolutely fine to repeat a week if you want to, but it’s not strictly necessary.

Seeing that you're in the continuous run phase of the plan, maybe go for the 28 minute (Week 8) run, but give yourself permission to stop at 25 minutes (Week 7) if you want to.

A week off shouldn't really make much difference to your fitness.
