Hi I am trying to download the NRC app but every time I try to join it says You are not eligible. Please can someone tell me how to get this app, I have Strave on my iPhone and that has been fine. Many thanks

NRC app. Thank you AlMorr finally managed to download the app after many attempts. A goggle search and a bit of head scratching got me there🌺

Lots of us on here use it, if you get stuck, just give us a shout! If you haven't already looked at the guided runs, they are brilliant, and so many to choose from.

Hey no worries. When you open the app, you can either start a run which basically it just measures your speed or distance or click on Guided runs. He narrates most of those. Hope that helps?

Swimming24 He’s on most of the recovery/easy runs. Those are the best ones to start with. When you click on a particular guided run, it will tell you which coach it is with in the little blurb about what the run is. This is the sort of thing you’re looking for…

Just a quick hello from yet another NRC fan! A few tips:

As a recent graduate, you’re best sticking to runs of 30 mins or less. The recovery/easy runs are the most similar to the c25k final weeks and they’re a brilliant place to start. There isn’t usually a warm up/cool down walk so don’t forget to add those on. If you like listening to your own music, that’s possible but it can be a bit of a pain with having to start it after the nrc guided run starts playing. I’ve turned off auto pause workout because that messes up my music every time.
