Last run of the programme completed this afternoon, in bright sunshine. I'm particularly pleased that I've managed to finish as I originally started the C25K back in May but had to stop as I had injured my back. It would be over 8 weeks before I could begin to run again, starting over at Week 1. I'm not a fan of going back to anything but it turned out to be the right thing to do.
Great programme & fab support from this site. Hot bath with some Epsom salts added for my achey knees & muscles coming up.
Thank you!

Congratulations to you Midwife84 on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K, well done, now go and celebrate your wonderful achievement with 🍷 and cake 🎂
Thank you for your encouragement & wise support. I intend to carry on running, even though I hate the wet & cold - yeah, proper whinger! Thanks again.
Congratulations on completing this amazing programme! 👏🏻🥳 I hope you are going to celebrate by buying some funky new running gear (everytime I hit a milestone I treat myself to something new)! 🤗
Well done Midwife84 give yourself a pat on the back 👏👏 and celebrate your success. I completed last week and am doing the consolidation runs now. I found a local run club that looks after new runners so will be joining them in a 2 weeks time. Keep running it is a great way to stay fit 🏃🏻♀️
