I completed run 3 of week 9 yesterday, October 1, and Instructor57 already pinned the badge, so this comment is just for completeness - in case someone keeps track of all the October graduates 😊 (Well, okay, also because I can gloat some more 😉)

I completed week 9 run 3 today! Hurray. Like many here when I was trying to run for a whole minute I couldn't imagine running for 30! But stick with it, the programme works! So can I have my badge please 😁😁

My lungs were trying to escape through my chest on those first few runs so I know exactly what you mean…but you’ve clung to the programme instead of the sofa and now look at you!! A blummin GRADUATE!! Enjoy showing off your badge 😇

I actually completed C25K in 2020 having been persuaded by my sister to try the app. I loved it and have been running regularly ever since, between 3 and 6 K several times a week. I just never got arounf to asking for a graduate „badge“. Can i have one now please? I want zo be like everyone else 😄
