woke up full of procrastination. The weather makes me wanna sleep even more. Glad I left the house and into the field. Second week is more challenging, as I was running I felt that the smoking definitely has to go. I'm glad I ran, I'm glad I started this journey and I'm glad my mental health is improving.

Bring the body and the mind will follow
You are so right Rookie81!!! Love that title to your post!!! I put my running gear out the night before & roll out of bed into them. If I had to think about it on cold wet days I would never go! It’s amazing how your body & mind reacts to running …the feeling that you want to give up smoking.. that your mental health is improving… Stick to the plan, keep posting your highs & lows and you will definitely get there!! Well done!!!
It gets even more important to run as time goes by, the smoking will go when you are ready
thanks a lot. I'm learning it's all about progress and not perfection.
Oh gosh yes, who wants perfection as long as we can run? When you’re ready there’s another Healthunlocked site called Quit support that is helpful, for me tomorrow marks 33 months since I quit, think of all the money I’ve saved? or spent on running gear
I think I looked it up a bit. I have a lot of fear and anxiety but that's normal I suppose as I always looked forward to a cigarette every two or three hours. As I text I'm really craving one lol but I have tried all sorts but when I started running I'm realising I need to breath so as to attain my goals.
